Does it open DWG?
No. Save an ASCII DXF from your CAD application. Renaming a DWG file is not conversion.
Does cleaning delete unsupported entities?
No. Only exact duplicates among supported same-layer entities are removed. All other records and sections are preserved.
Are curves flattened in the DXF?
No. Curves are sampled only for preview and length calculation; the downloaded DXF retains original arc/bulge records.
Why are open endpoints warnings?
An endpoint may be an unintended contour gap or an intentional engraving stroke. Review the actual operation.
Is the SVG a manufacturing file?
It is a scaled-to-view inspection drawing, not a true-scale fabrication export. Use the preserved DXF for CAD/CAM work.
